New credit packs carry over month to month and expire 12 months after purchase. Monthly credits are used first. If you cancel, unused purchases stay in your account until they expire; reactivate a paid plan to use them. Existing purchases keep their original expiry terms.
Results depend on matching opportunities. Every plan and new credit pack includes a research allowance. Checks pause when that allowance is used, even if credits remain. You can wait for the monthly renewal or buy credits with more research capacity.

No. Agents look for an available verified email during lead research; a phone lookup is your choice. Open a lead and choose Find phone number when you need it. You see the estimated credit cost before starting. Finding a number does not place a call.
Your current price and accounting stay the same until you confirm a plan change. Changing plans keeps usage already spent this month and preserves existing purchases. Your previous lead and contact lookup purchases become available from the shared credit balance with their original expiry terms.
